免費擁抱運動 :

可能在城市久了，人們就變得猜疑，壓抑，不信任，慢慢疏遠了彼此。其實在街上，可能有很多需要力量或愛的人等著一個擁抱，等著有人給他這種力量。我們亦如是，從運動中，從擁抱中，得到力量，只要有了第一個擁抱，就有勇氣和信心繼續下去，把力量傳給其他人。

about free hugs :

A world-wide kindness initiative started by Juan Mann on June 30, 2004 to give out hugs to anyone who wants one.

Every Thursday since, he has gone to Pitt Street Mall, holding up a sign with 'Free Hugs' written on both sides, offering hugs to everyone.

Since then, it has spread across the world, with people in many countries making signs and offering free hugs.

請準備 Preparation : 「free hugs」字樣紙牌，字體清晰，最好能夠單手拿著，方便擁抱。「free hugs」sign, write it clear, better hold the sign with one hand so that you can give a hug easlier.
